Thank you again for all of the work that Harriett’s did on my heating/air conditioning/energy-saving work. Even in all of this heat, the air conditioner hardly runs. The attic fan turns on early in the day and does most of the work. I can keep the thermostat at 73-75°, and it’s very comfortable. All this in addition to my monthly fuel budget figure going down $40!

Just wanted to take a moment and recognize the outstanding service I just received from Harriett’s Oil in Medford. After being without air conditioning for several days and working thru several contractors, I contacted Harriett’s to look at my problem and had them provide a repair proposal. During the course of the repair some unforeseen conditions arose that forced a delay and additional cost to the repair. Bob Harriett got involved personally and provided a portable cooling unit to get us thru this current heat wave, expedited the repair, and honored the original proposal. In today’s world of email and call backs, it is a pleasure to do business with a company that truly cares about their clients.
