Annual Equipment Maintenance
Your heating and air conditioning systems require annual maintenance to ensure they are operating as efficiently as possible. Don’t let your equipment simply “limp” along; schedule your tune-ups before the season(s) begin by calling our service department at 609-654-2035. If you carry a service contract with Harriett’s, the annual maintenance is included in the plan.
Tank Protection Plans
Do you want extra peace of mind regarding your fuel oil storage tank? That’s why we carry two different tank protection plans—ProGuard and TankSure. ProGuard is coverage for your oil tank (aboveground or underground) that protects you against the problems associated with a fuel oil release. Available at a cost of $35 per year for aboveground and $275 for underground tanks, this plan gives you affordable tank coverage. Our other program, TankSure, is a proactive, yearly ultrasonic inspection of your aboveground tank that includes scientific analysis. It even has a $1000 replacement warranty built in.
